WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship within Canada and the USA

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing

 

WHAT IF AN ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
If an item you've purchased is out of stock, a refund will be processed back to your payment method.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking. Please allow 1 business day for the system to update.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to arrive within Canada, this does not include unforeseen delays and does not apply to the busy holiday season.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED/IS MISSING ITEMS?

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
If tracking shows that your package has arrived, please allow 1-2 business days before contacting us. If it has not yet arrived, please contact us at snackedition@gmail.com and we will assist you in locating it.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final sale, we do not process cancellations. 

 

SHIPPING DURING SUMMER
Express shipping is highly recommended. We do our best to pack products safely but during the summer months despite our efforts heat damage can occur. 

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Delays can occur during the holiday season. Processing and shipping times may vary due to the postal backlog, Please plan accordingly to guarantee your shipment arrives on time.
